Each run is separated from the next so that there is no direct contact between cats from different families and all accomodation is cleaned to a high standard every day and between bookings. Our system ensures that the possibility of any infections being passed between cats is kept to an absolute minimum and we are proud of our record in keeping the cats who stay with us healthy and contented.

We feed only premium tinned and dry food plus tuna, fresh fish and chicken if required. Each cat is treated as an individual and we can supply most diets although speciality or presciption foods will need to be provided.
Our charges are fully inclusive of food, heating and grooming. There is no VAT to be paid. For complete peace of mind, we offer optional insurance which, for just £1 per week or part week per cat, gives cover for up to £250 in the unlikely event of your pet needing to be seen by a vet whilst in our care.
